We start with defining the ideal website Information Architecture (IA). What is the best way for user to navigate your content and services? This results in Global Navigation and supporting website Site Map.

We refresh the look and feel of the website. We produce 1-2 Style Boards that encompass the refined colors, typography, and graphics that follow your current brand identity guidelines.
Many clients add the Brand Identity Redesign Package for a new brand direction, logo and look & feel.

Next, we will define the key pages/templates/flows that result from the new IA. We redesign each so that they achieve key business and user experience objectives.

Brand Design Package
Design Rocket takes a digital-first approach to redesigning your brand identity. We start off with a series of deep-dive client meetings where we understand the ins and outs of your business. We hold collaborative design exercises to get to the heart of brand values. Taking all of this knowledge and our secondary research & analysis, we define the brand direction, in the form of a Design Brief.

We explore several design directions that respond to the Design Brief. They stem from a new logo that captures the essence of your company and best reflects the brand direction.

Once a brand concept is selected, Design Rocket will refine all the core elements further including the color palette, typography hierarchy, photo direction, graphics, and iconography. We deliver a brand book coupled with a digital UI Style Guide catered to mobile and desktop web applications.

Discovery Research
In a Stanford case study, a team was tasked to design an affordable incubator to reduce child mortality in Nepal. After conducting deeper discovery research the team found that the problem didn’t lie in the quality of incubators but in the lack of transportation to access medical facilities. The problem was not “Design a better incubator” but “How can create better transportation options?” More often than not, we find that we are solving the wrong problems. We conduct deep user research to illuminate user behaviors and real problems to solve to that your products/services have the most chance of success.
